🚀 We're Building a New Business Vertical from Zero — Data Centre Power Solutions 📍 Location: India (NCR) or Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) 📊 Reports to: International President ✈️ Travel: Significant, across India, Singapore, Australia & priority markets The Opportunity We've identified a set of hardware adjacencies in the data centre power chain — intelligent PDUs, busway, power quality analysers, microgrid controllers, and modular substations — each of which can connect into our existing platform (smart metering, communications network, and edge intelligence) for monitoring, data, and analytics. What You'll Own 📦 Product strategy — bundling our data centre power offerings into one narrative and roadmap 💰 Commercial packaging — pricing, contract structures, margins 🎯 Pipeline — identifying and qualifying data centre operators, colocation providers, and hyperscalers 🤝 Deal-making — scoping, negotiating, and closing pilots into signed contracts 🌏 Cross-functional alignment — working across our AMI, EMS, and BESS teams to present one unified story to customers Who We're Looking For - 7–15 years of experience, with a strong commercial/deal-making mindset - Background in product management or BD for data centre or electrical power infrastructure (PDU, busway, switchgear, UPS, power quality, substations) - A track record of turning pilots/POCs into signed, paying contracts Existing relationships with data centre operators, colocation providers, or hyperscalers in India, Southeast Asia, or ANZ - Comfortable with ambiguity — you'll be building this from scratch .
