Responsibilities - Focus on language understanding and generation capabilities, with emphasis on language models, code models, Agent tool-calling, and reinforcement learning training - Provide strategic direction and forward-looking judgment for the research roadmap - Drive the adaptation and deployment of general capabilities into industry and business scenarios Requirements - Must have led model training in at least one direction for well-known open-source or closed-source models
