Work you'll do - Execute payment audit and assurance projects for clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on public sector organizations, including non-governmental organizations (NGOs), charitable organizations, primary/ secondary schools, and higher education institutions in Hong Kong. - Inspect financial records, invoices, and disbursement systems with reference to standard operating procedures and funding guidelines. - Assess clients' internal payment controls, processes, and systems to identify compliance gaps, financial leakage, or inefficiencies, delivering fit-for-purpose recommendations for improvement. - Perform data extraction, data entry and analytics to support project delivery. - Collaborate with team members and produce draft consultancy reports and presentation materials. - Handle enquiries from external parties and clients. - Support in project related research, administrative tasks, business development and marketing activities. - Collaborate with other member firms and service lines within Deloitte. We are looking for someone with - Higher diploma or above in Business, Accounting, Finance, Social Sciences, or a related discipline, - 1 - 2 years of experience in a professional service firm. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst. - Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Cantonese is a must. Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an advantage. - Be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner. - Highly organized, proactive, self-motivating and detail-conscious with a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of accuracy in tracking project details. - Have hands-on experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. - No outbound travelling is required.
