The ideal candidate must have experience in creating precise shop drawings, joinery details, and layouts specifically for commercial interior fit-out projects. [1] Key Responsibilities - Shop Drawings: Prepare detailed shop drawings, architectural layouts, and section details for interior fit-out works. - Joinery & Material Details: Create precise fabrication drawings for custom furniture, joinery, and ceiling/flooring layouts. - Site Coordination: Revise drawings based on actual site measurements and coordinate closely with project managers. - As-Built Drawings: Develop accurate as-built drawings upon project completion for client handover. Requirements - Expertise in AutoCAD is mandatory. - Proven experience working with an interior fit-out or contracting company. - Good understanding of joinery details, materials, and fit-out construction methods. - Ready to join immediately with a transferable visa (Article 18). - Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
