Admin and Operations Officer

Position Title: Admin & Operations Officer Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: Depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A newly established professional cleaning services company delivering high-quality residential and commercial cleaning solutions across the UAE, catering to businesses and properties of all sizes. Job Description: - Manage the day-to-day cleaning operations, including staff scheduling, cleaner deployment, client bookings, job assignments, attendance, replacements, and last-minute operational changes. - Coordinate directly with cleaning teams, drivers/supervisors, and customers to ensure staff arrive on time, services are completed properly, and operational issues are resolved quickly. - Handle the administrative side of operations, including quotations, service confirmations, timesheets, invoices, client records, reports, documentation, and follow-ups. - Monitor cleaning materials, equipment, uniforms, and other operational requirements while supporting management with manpower planning, service quality, customer complaints, and daily operations reporting. Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of combined administration and operations experience preferably within a cleaning company. - Must have hands-on experience in staff scheduling, manpower deployment, client coordination, and daily service operations - Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle customers, field staff, schedule changes, complaints, and urgent operational issues independently. - Proficient in MS Office/Excel, email, WhatsApp/business communication, reporting, and administrative documentation, with a practical and hands-on approach to work.
