M365 Support Engineer (Desktop & Intune)

We are seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user technical support across Windows desktop environments, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune. The role will support day-to-day desktop issues, M365 applications, device management, software deployment, patching and endpoint compliance. Key Responsibilities - Provide desktop support for Windows 10/11 laptops and desktops. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network and peripheral issues. - Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office applications. - Support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance and application deployment. - Assist with Windows patching, update deployment and endpoint compliance. - Support user accounts, Active Directory and Group Policy. - Troubleshoot Intune-related device, application and policy issues. - Support laptop provisioning, deployment, onboarding and offboarding activities. - Escalate complex M365, Intune and infrastructure issues to the relevant support teams. - Maintain proper incident records and technical documentation. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Deskside Support or End User Computing. - Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 10/11. - Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams and OneDrive. - Experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager. - Knowledge of device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies and Windows patching. - Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy. - Good understanding of basic networking, VPN, printers and endpoint troubleshooting. - Good communication and customer support skills. - PowerShell and SCCM experience would be an advantage.
