This role balances outward engagement with clients, inward support of proposals and project onboarding, and strategic alignment across project portfolios with the project management team. The Executive Project Delivery Director provides executive-level oversight of projects, cultivating strong client relationships while supervising all elements of delivery—creative development, project milestones, budgets, logistics, show management, and guest experience. Serving as both a collaborative team player and a role model for junior staff, the Executive Project Delivery Director brings a discerning eye and instinctive leadership to each project’s unique development. Additionally, this role contributes to internal business growth by supporting strategic initiatives, identifying new client opportunities, attracting top talent, and strengthening systems and processes that position the organization as an industry leader. Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities Customer Scoping & Development: Build and refine scopes of work within assigned customer portfolio, with emphasis on: - Excellence in project delivery and execution - Leadership on commercial success, including budget management, margin optimization, and - revenue growth. - Efficient resourcing and capacity planning to facilitate collaboration across Capabilities. - Position as a trusted partner to grow long-term relationships. - Leadership and accountability through the life of a project. - Ensure accurate and timely data management within Salesforce. Provide leadership in strategic discussions on new project opportunities, evaluating feasibility and organizational capacity to deliver successfully. Project Oversight: Leadership in the full lifecycle of assigned advanced projects within the portfolio as acoordinated effort, ensuring cross-project cohesion and alignment. Resource Management: Assign resources to projects in coordination with the VP, Project Delivery & Leadleadership team with collaboration and resource sharing as needed. Collaborate with Competency leadership to staffing needs across all assigned projects. Customer Management: With partnership from VP, Project Delivery, set competitive commercial strategies and collaborate with Project Leads to ensure profitable project delivery. Account Management: In partnership with the VP, Project Delivery, oversee customer relationships— advocating for the customer within the business while ensuring alignment of objectives, creative vision, and project delivery. Process & Quality Assurance: Take a leadership role to ensure challenges are addressed swiftly andeffectively ensure consistency in processes, scheduling, and quality standards across all projects. Escalation Leadership: Serve as the leadership point for Project Leads, providing guidance, resolution, and executive-level decision support. People Management / Leadership Responsibilities: Lead and provide directional oversight to the matrixedteam assigned to the portfolio—across all Capabilities, while coordinating closely with their Competency managers to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective collaboration Qualifications/Experience To successfully perform the essential responsibilities of the role, individuals must possess the following level of education and experience, or equivalent combination. In addition, the role requires the following certifications, knowledge, skills, and where applicable, physical requirements necessary for the position. Experience - Knowledge And Skills - 15 + years Project management or relevant industry experience in entertainment, live events, construction management, or other relevant field.
