Responsibilities: - Document management for the marketing department - Cooperation with factories: sourcing and ordering promotional gifts for key clients, advertising structures, POS materials, as well as ordering packaging - Assigning tasks for execution and monitoring deadlines for order placement, delivery/shipment, and packing Requirements: - Experience in supply/procurement (ordering, deliveries) - Experience with document management/document flow - Fluency in Chinese and English Come and join us!
