Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who wants to join our efforts in developing microneedle-based RNA carriers at the Bioprocessing Technology Institute (BTI). Key Responsibilities - Assist Principal Scientist in conducting research activities for developing microneedle-based RNA carriers - Perform microneedle sample preparation and characterization - Conduct cell experiments to check the biological activity of RNA payloads - Assist Principal Scientist in conducting mouse experiments - Record experimental findings and present analysis results to Principal Scientist - Assist Principal Scientist in drafting research reports and manuscripts - Handle the procurement of laboratory consumables and equipment - Participate in routine laboratory maintenance and housekeeping Requirements - Bachelor in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Science or relevant disciplines - Prior experience in relevant fields is not a requirement but an advantage - Highly motivated and able to work independently after training - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team - Good spoken and written communication skills
