UAT Tester - 28K (12 Month Contract)

Our client, a well-established financial services organisation, is looking for a UAT Tester to join its digital platforms team. This is a great opportunity for a testing professional who enjoys working closely with business and technology stakeholders to help deliver high-quality digital experiences, including the account opening journey. What you'll do - Coordinate with business owners, IT teams and external vendors to reach agreement on acceptance criteria and issue-fix prioritisation - Retain UAT records, including sign-off documentation and supporting screenshots - Execute UAT test cases for all changes and enhancements across digital platforms - Support production incident investigations, including fixes testing in both UAT and production environments - Take part in UAT review meetings, log test results, report outcomes, and work with IT and solution vendors to resolve issues - Prepare UAT test cases for digital platform changes and enhancements, with particular focus on the account opening journey - Provide support for production release verification, which may occasionally require availability over weekends or during weekday night hours - Support the definition and documentation of test strategies and test plans for functional platform releases What you'll bring - Bachelor's degree - 1–3 years of relevant UAT testing experience - Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills - Comfortable working across business, IT and vendor teams to resolve issues efficiently - Willingness to provide occasional out-of-hours support for release verification Argyll Scott Asia is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
