Senior/ Business Development and Partnership Officer

Key Responsibilities - Develop sales proposals and funding applications, identify partnership opportunities, and follow up with key decision-makers. - Engage with schools and education partners to promote and adapt STEM programmes to meet their needs. - Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the smooth delivery of STEM programmes and courses. - Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and strategic partners to drive programme and product sales. - Conduct discussions with schools to understand their educational needs, challenges, and objectives, and provide market insights to support the development of relevant STEM programmes. - Provide support for other initiatives and projects as assigned. Requirements Profil de candidat recherché : - Bachelor's degree or above. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with strong business acumen. - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in sales, business development, or partnership management is preferred. Exposure to the education sector will be an advantage. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
