Food Safety Manager

An International leading restaurant / cafe chain requires a Lead Technical & Safety Manager for their Hong Kong Operations. The successful candidate must speak English and Cantonese. - Responsible for leading technical & safety in the Hong Kong market, ensuring all products are safe, legal and of exceptional quality. - Work closely with suppliers and internal teams, leading the resolution of quality issues and delivering all technical aspects of new product development (NPD) and launches, including the creation of shop and customer-facing documentation. - 10 years experience in a Technical Management / Food Safety role in food retail or manufacturing. - Qualifications in HACCP, advanced Food Safety Certification, Lead Auditor Training is desired.
