Job Description
An RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer specializes in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using RPA tools. - Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience as RPA Engineer. Technical Skills - RPA Tools Proficiency: Expertise in popular RPA platforms such as Microsoft RPA Suite , UiPath or Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism etc. - Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages relevant to RPA development, such as Python, C#, or Java. - Workflow Design: Skills in designing automated workflows and processes, including understanding business process mapping and analysis. - Scripting and Automation: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript) for custom automation solutions. - Integration Knowledge: Understanding of integrating RPA solutions with other systems (e.g., APIs, web services, databases) to enable seamless data flow. - Debugging and Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving issues in automated processes. - Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing automation scripts and documentation. - Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience in developing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure automation meets requirements. Soft Skills - Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and gather requirements. - Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, liaising between IT, business units, and other stakeholders. - Project Management: Organizational skills to manage multiple automation projects, timelines, and priorities effectively. - Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in RPA and automation.
