Role Overview We are hiring a Blockchain Specialist to support blockchain research, digital asset analysis, DLT strategy, and consulting-related initiatives across Web3, financial technology, and information management markets. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Singapore focused on blockchain technology, distributed ledger systems, digital assets, Web3 ecosystems, and emerging digital infrastructure. The Blockchain Specialist will research blockchain applications, monitor digital asset and DLT trends, support consulting materials, and prepare insights across blockchain networks, smart contracts, tokenized assets, digital asset platforms, and enterprise technology use cases. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in blockchain, distributed ledger technology, digital assets, consulting, information management, and emerging financial technology. What You’ll Do • Research blockchain networks, distributed ledger technology, digital assets, smart contracts, Web3 platforms, tokenized assets, and enterprise blockchain applications • Monitor developments across crypto markets, DLT systems, digital asset platforms, blockchain infrastructure, regulatory updates, enterprise adoption, and Web3 ecosystems • Support blockchain strategy, information management research, digital asset analysis, business use case mapping, and consulting-related project materials • Prepare blockchain research notes, market intelligence updates, DLT summaries, digital asset briefs, opportunity assessments, and client-ready strategy materials • Track activity across blockchain networks, fintech platforms, digital asset services, Web3 startups, information management tools, and emerging technology providers • Evaluate opportunities across blockchain adoption, distributed ledgers, digital asset infrastructure, tokenized systems, data governance, and Web3 business models • Collaborate with team members on consulting projects, DLT research, digital asset strategy, information management initiatives, and blockchain intelligence work • Maintain organized research files, market trackers, ecosystem maps, project notes, token watchlists, and blockchain intelligence resources What We’re Looking For • Strong interest in blockchain technology, distributed ledger technology, digital assets, information management, Web3, and emerging financial technology • Familiarity with blockchain networks, DLT systems, digital asset markets, smart contracts, Web3 platforms, consulting projects, or information management concepts • Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, wallets, transactions, consensus mechanisms, token utility, data governance, digital infrastructure, and Web3 business models • Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, market research platforms, data management tools, or consulting frameworks is a plus • Strong research, analytical, documentation, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to explain blockchain concepts, DLT trends, digital asset opportunities, information management use cases, and Web3 risks clearly • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research, consulting, and strategy priorities • Previous experience in blockchain research, digital assets, consulting, fintech, information management, data governance, technology strategy, or Web3 projects is helpful Why Join • Remote work environment • Exposure to blockchain consulting, distributed ledger technology, digital assets, information management, Web3 ecosystems, and emerging digital infrastructure • Opportunity to build experience across blockchain research, DLT strategy, digital asset analysis, client-ready materials, and consulting support • Consulting-focused, technology-driven, research-oriented, and innovation-minded environment • Opportunities for professional development and growth Compensation Salary range: SGD95,000 - SGD125,000 per year depending on experience
