Regional Operations Strategy, Associate - Monee Credit

Job Description - Own the regional performance reports and conduct deep dive analysis on significant movements. - Support monthly communication deck production to management teams. - Work closely with functional teams to identify existing operational gaps. - Manage cross functional projects by designing and implementing frameworks such as agent / BPO management. - Drive effective AI adoption across the organization through exploration, education and implementation of ops use cases. - Develop internal support tools for the team such as training materials, microsite build etc. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Operations, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL or Python to identify root causes and drive actionable solutions. - Proven ability to manage regional or cross-functional stakeholders and deliver projects in complex, matrixed environments. - Experience in operational transformation projects is a strong advantage. - Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and willing to travel
