Estimation & Tendering Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Take-Off & Estimation (Core Focus): - Full proficiency in Quantity Take-Off and Material Take-Off directly from drawings for civil and architectural works. - Prepare accurate BOQs based on drawings and specifications. - Prepare and review comprehensive cost estimates (materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors). - Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions. Competitive Pricing: - Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to request and secure competitive quotations. - Review and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and follow up on their accounts. Supporting Tasks (as needed): - Review drawings and technical specifications. - Support additional technical office tasks as directed by the Estimation Department. 🔸 Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering. - 5–7 years of experience. - Strong, proven hands-on experience in Quantity Take-Off — essential requirement. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Estimation & Tendering. - Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD & Microsoft Excel (essential for take-off work). - Knowledge of Civil 3D / Revit Structure is an advantage. - Good command of English. - Priority given to candidates with hands-on experience in Saudi projects.
