The Role As we continue to scale across regions, we're looking for a motivated TA to join our friendly team & support our growth. What you’ll be doing - Own the review and assessment of inbound applications across multiple roles across Product, Sales, Data & AI, Finance, Marketing. - Headhunt passive talent across UAE & Ireland. - Carefully screen CVs and applications with attention to quality, relevance, and potential - Conduct initial interviews and conversations to assess capability, motivation, and fit - Partner with hiring managers to understand what good looks like beyond a job description - Manage candidates through the hiring process with clarity, fairness, and respect - Ensure a positive, human candidate experience at every stage - Track and maintain accurate hiring data, pipelines, and status updates - Help ensure we hire people who contribute positively to the team culture and raise the bar This role will suit you if - You’re a good, honest person who treats people with respect - You’re generally positive... you bring good energy to work - You care about doing the job well and never neglect quality - You see the value in data and use it to get better at what you do - You’ve supported hiring for Sales/GTM roles ideally for a SaaS company - You’re human.
