Security Analyst - Adaptive Security Operations Centre

Job Responsibilities - Focus on delivering Cyber Security Managed Services to enterprise customers. - Monitor security events and alerts to detect, analyze, and identify suspicious activities and potential security threats. - Help customers mitigate cybersecurity risks by providing timely recommendations and remediation measures. - Conduct incident handling, investigation, and escalation in accordance with established procedures. - Assist in maintaining daily team operations and administrative activities. - Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver high-quality cybersecurity services to customers. - Maintain effective communication and coordination among technical teams, sales teams, and customers to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction. - Prepare security reports and provide updates on security incidents, vulnerabilities, and service performance as required. Requirements - Higher Diploma or University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. - Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, and/or CEH are mandatory. - Additional certifications including OSCP+, MCSE, CCNA, and/or CCNP are highly desirable. - Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity solutions and/or security services. - Strong team coordination skills, with proven technical expertise in cybersecurity and problem-solving capabilities. - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. - Self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn new technologies, and able to work independently. - Candidates with 10 years or more of relevant experience, or with exceptional qualifications, may be considered for the position of Senior Security Analyst.
