Requirements & Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in drilling and workover operations, demonstrating proficiency in the roles of Roustabout and Roughneck, or a relevant progression of assignments. - Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. - Certifications: - H₂S (Hydrogen Sulfide) certified. - Language: Working knowledge of English, sufficient for understanding complex safety instructions, well control procedures, and communicating clearly with the Driller and crew. - Physical & Mental: Must be physically fit, comfortable working at extreme heights for extended periods, and capable of demonstrating sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
