Job Description

Performance Marketing Lead – UAE We’re working with a fast-growing digital health and wellness business that is looking for an experienced, hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to drive and scale paid acquisition across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider GCC. This is a role for a true performance marketer — someone who is still actively inside the ad accounts, building campaigns, testing funnels and optimising performance rather than managing agencies or overseeing strategy from a distance. The Role You’ll take ownership of paid acquisition strategy and execution across multiple digital channels, with direct responsibility for growth, revenue and performance. Key responsibilities include: - Own the end-to-end setup, launch and daily optimisation of campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, WhatsApp and emerging performance channels - Take full accountability for CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates and revenue targets - Personally build and manage campaigns within native advertising platforms - Develop targeting strategies, audience segmentation, bidding structures and campaign frameworks - Work closely with creative teams to continually test ad formats, copy, video content and conversion-focused creative - Build and optimise high-converting acquisition funnels, including WhatsApp customer journeys - Analyse performance data daily, identify bottlenecks and rapidly scale successful campaigns - Troubleshoot tracking, attribution and conversion issues What We’re Looking For - 6+ years of performance marketing experience - Proven experience directly scaling paid acquisition campaigns with significant budgets - A genuinely hands-on practitioner who currently builds, launches and optimises campaigns personally - Strong expertise across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max and YouTube - Experience with Snapchat Ads and WhatsApp acquisition funnels - Excellent written and spoken English - Highly analytical, commercially focused and driven by measurable results
