Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Airside Operations Planning

Ever wondered what it takes to keep one of the world's busiest airports operating safely and efficiently every day? Join the Airside Operations Planning team and play a key role in shaping the safety of Changi Airport's runways and taxiways. You'll work on initiatives that enhance airside safety, operational efficiency and capacity, while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the aviation ecosystem. In this role, you will: - Develop and review policies, operating concepts and procedures to support safe and efficient airfield operations. - Drive initiatives focused on runway safety, foreign object debris (FOD) management and wildlife hazard management. - Partner airlines, air traffic controllers, ground handling agents, licensed drivers and other stakeholders to maintain high standards of airside safety. - Review runway safety recommendations and lead the implementation of suitable measures at Changi Airport. - Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure compliance with airfield operational and safety requirements. - Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to improve airfield capacity, efficiency and resilience. - Support major airfield development projects by providing operational insights and planning inputs. - Explore, trial and implement new technologies to enhance the detection and prevention of runway incursions, FOD and wildlife hazards, helping to shape the future of airport operations.
