Project Details What We Need - Visit charity partners across Hong Kong to see their work first-hand - Post real-time updates about their current services, urgent needs, and impact - Prepare a quarterly e-newsletter showcasing your charity visits to donors and partners - Collate annual due diligence questionnaires from charity partners to ensure compliance - Maintain the charity contact list to ensure all partner database records stay accurate Background Charitable Choice is seeking a volunteer Charity & Communications Coordinator to help us bridge the gap between donors and our 70+ local non-profit partners. This flexible, part-time role (5–10 hours/week) is perfect for aspiring CSR professionals or anyone looking to give back.What you’ll do: - Build relationships with 70 local charity partners through site visits. - Amplify non-profit impact by managing our social media and quarterly e-newsletter. - Manage website updates and annual due diligence exercise What We Have Shadowing for first few visits Training on website updates Why this is important Charitable Choice is a 100% volunteer organisation.
