Role Positioning Senior regional commercial leader owning APAC sales & business development. Sales‑focused, non‑marketing role. High decision‑making autonomy to drive revenue, channel expansion across SEA, South Asia and broader APAC. Key Responsibilities 1. Full ownership of APAC polymer / plastic / rubber end‑to‑end sales, accountable for regional sales performance covering SEA, South Asia, HK, Macau, Taiwan. 2. Develop distributors, traders and end‑user factories; build & optimise APAC sales channel network. 3. Drive market penetration in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Bangladesh and Taiwan to deliver incremental growth. 4. Lead key‑account negotiation, relationship management and full‑cycle order execution to capture new opportunities. 5. Monitor market & price trends, competitors; formulate sales strategies to grow market share. Requirements 1. Bachelor or above; Chemistry, International Trade or Materials background preferred. 2. Solid APAC bulk‑chemical sales experience in polymers/plastics/rubber. Mandatory hands‑on experience in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Taiwan. 3. Proven track record in regional market development, channel building and key‑account acquisition. 4. Sound knowledge of APAC chemical trading, strong commercial acumen and result‑driven mindset. 5. Fluent English for cross‑border negotiation & communication. 6. Base in HK / Shanghai; exceptional Singapore‑based candidates reviewed individually. 7. Strategic thinker, resilient under pressure, capable to own KPIs and deliver independently.
