Our Client Our client is a leading international private bank with a strong presence in Asia. The bank is looking to appoint a senior Business Risk professional to support its North Asia business from Singapore. This is a visible, commercially focused role working closely with Cluster Heads and senior bankers. You will help the business navigate complex client and market decisions across cross-border, investment, AML and broader conduct risks. Key Responsibilities • Advise Cluster Heads and front-office leaders on complex business and client matters • Support commercially sound decisions across investment, cross-border and AML risks • Provide practical challenge while enabling responsible business growth • Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Investment and other control functions • Identify emerging risks and strengthen business practices across the platform Requirements • Strong Business Risk, Front-Office Risk or Compliance experience within private banking • Broad understanding of investment, AML, client and cross-border risks • Commercially minded and comfortable influencing senior business leaders • Business-level fluency in Korean or Japanese, as the role requires direct engagement with Korea or Japan related stakeholders on client and risk matters • Strong knowledge of the Asian private banking environment This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond policy interpretation and play a direct role in shaping business decisions and sustainable growth.
