Senior Architect Technical office

Job Description Responsible for providing technical and architectural support during the construction phase, reviewing shop drawings, materials, and technical documents, and ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards. The role also coordinates with the Resident Engineer, contractor, and multidisciplinary teams, monitors the quality of architectural works, and supports the resolution of technical issues to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with quality, schedule, and consultant requirements. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. - Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, including 10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region. - Strong experience in complex, high-end, and prestigious projects. - Excellent knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, and construction detailing. - Experience in reviewing shop drawings, technical documents, and RFIs. - Proficiency in Revit and BIM. - Good knowledge of Aconex for official correspondence and document management. - Excellent professional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. - Fluent in English, with strong reading and writing skills. - Professional registration/certification as an Engineer/Architect in accordance with applicable Saudi requirements.
