Job Description
Elegancia Arabia is seeking an experienced Cost Control Manager to oversee project cost planning, monitoring, forecasting, and performance management for large-scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project budgets, cost plans, forecasts, and cash-flow projections. - Establish cost-control procedures, reporting systems, and performance indicators. - Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor cost and schedule performance. - Prepare cost estimates, cost-to-complete forecasts, and variance analyses. - Monitor commitments, expenditures, subcontractor costs, and change orders. - Identify potential cost overruns and recommend timely corrective actions. - Prepare monthly cost reports and management presentations. - Support tendering, commercial evaluations, and business development activities. - Review project profitability, risks, opportunities, and commercial performance. - Coordinate with project management, planning, procurement, finance, and commercial teams. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control, cost estimation, and project financial management. - Strong knowledge and practical experience in Earned Value Management. - Proven involvement in business development, tendering, or commercial proposal preparation. - Demonstrated record of delivering large-scale construction projects in the GCC, ideally in Saudi Arabia. - Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and risk management. - Proficiency in relevant cost-control and project management software. - Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. - Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
