Senior Officer (Asset Enhancement)

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring enhancement works for existing properties. Key duties include conducting feasibility studies, preparing conceptual schemes, and liaising with designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards set by management. Requirements: - Degree holder in Architecture, Interior Design, Surveying, Building Studies, or a related discipline. - Professional qualification preferred; experience working in developer firms will be an advantage. - Minimum 6 years of local experience managing sizeable projects with property developers or consultancy firms. - Hands‑on experience in handling A&A submissions and BA14 inspections. - Strong knowledge of Hong Kong development control codes and regulations, particularly those relating to land use, town planning, alteration and addition works and change of building use. - High level of integrity with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant AI tools.
