External Merchandiser – Dubai Duty FreeAbout Kreol Group Kreol Group is a UAE-based consumer goods group of companies representing and distributing international and regional brands across the Middle East, Africa and the Indian Subcontinent. About the Role Kreol Travel Retail, the group's duty free division, is looking for an External Merchandiser to represent our brands at Dubai Duty Free in Dubai International Airport. You will be based on the shop floor, supporting sales, maintaining strong product visibility and availability, and acting as the link between Kreol Travel Retail, the Dubai Duty Free retail team, and passengers. What You’ll Do - Actively promote our brands to passengers - Drive sales and support achievement of sales targets - Ensure products are well displayed, stocked and correctly merchandised - Monitor stock availability and highlight replenishment requirements - Provide regular feedback on sales, competitor activity and shopper trends - Maintain strong relationships with Dubai Duty Free staff Who You Should Be - Previous Dubai Duty Free external merchandiser/promoter experience strongly preferred - Retail, merchandising or sales experience - Confident, presentable and customer-focused - Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage - Comfortable working airport retail shifts
