about the company Reputable High Net Worth Insurance Broker about the job Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage strategic referral partnerships with private banks, family offices, trust companies, law firms, accounting firms, and other professional intermediaries. - Generate new business opportunities through referral and partnership channels. - Identify client wealth planning needs and facilitate appropriate solutions through our professional partner ecosystem. - Represent the business at networking events, industry forums, and client seminars. - Contribute to the growth and development of a newly established business platform. Preferred - Existing network across Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Hong Kong, or other Asian markets. - Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients and their advisers. - Proficiency in multiple languages, including Mandarin, Korean, Thai, or other Asian languages, will be highly advantageous to support regional business development and relationship management. about the manager/team There will be an admin member to assist with the work processes and paperwork. skills and experience required Requirements - 6 to 8 years of experience in business development, wealth management, private banking, trust and fiduciary services, insurance, family office, or professional services. - Strong network of professional intermediaries and referral partners. - Good understanding of trust structures, estate planning, succession planning, and wealth preservation strategies. - Proven ability to originate business through relationship-building and strategic partnerships. - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
