Job Description

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 12 years of experience in the General Contracting sector, preferably in Building Construction projects. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement & Contracts. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Saudi market as a Procurement Engineer. - Proven experience in local and international procurement and dealing with suppliers. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Ability to analyze and compare quotations and ensure compliance with approved technical specifications. - Good technical and technological knowledge related to the scope of work. - Very good command of English, both written and spoken. - Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
