Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Broking Executive role based in Singapore. The Senior Broking Executive will : - Rate Quotation of Facultative business to Reinsurers. (Making slip & Underwriting information, Active Negotiation & Communication with Cedents & Reinsurers). - Placing of Facultative business to Reinsurers. (Making slip, Underwriting information, Active Negotiation, Active Communication with Cedents & Reinsurers). - Handling queries from the Cedant and Reinsurers. - Handling Claims – Claim booking and processing, as well as Handling queries and correspondence from reinsurers and cedents. - Supporting input of the entries into the RI system and ensuring accuracy (only limited to duty covering for colleagues). - Generating and preparing the Statement of Account(Closing) (only limited to duty covering for colleagues). - Developing and nurturing business partnerships (Collaborate with business partners to build and maintain strong relationships through regular meetings and strategic discussions). - Attending meetings and traveling overseas (Participate in meetings with clients and undertake international business trips to foster and expand global business). - Ad-hoc assignment as and when required. - Assist with coordinating with auditors on yearly audit by external & internal auditor. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or Diploma in CGI, BCP, PGI, Comm, GI, HI - 1 to 3 years’ experience in general insurance/reinsurance distribution. - Reinsurance Broking experience is highly preferred. - The position is restricted to only Singapore Citizen and PR
