The successful candidate will assist in organizing and conducting training courses as well as performing training administration activities. He / She will be responsible for designing and conducting training courses, liaising with training vendors, making training arrangements, maintaining training records / reports, and supporting ad hoc projects as assigned. Requirements: - Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent - 1 - 2 years’ work experience in learning and development - Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills - Mature, self-motivated as well as able to multi-task and work under pressure and tight timelines - A strong team player, outgoing and passionate - Competent in MS Office, AI tools and photo / video editing software, and quick to learn new technologies in work - Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua We are an equal opportunity employer who offer an inclusive and diverse workplace where people are valued and respected.
