Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist to support our growing digital storefront and online marketing channels. In this role, you will handle daily website updates, execute email marketing, coordinate social media ads, and pull performance analytics. If you are a hands-on digital marketer who loves optimization and data, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities Storefront Management & Merchandising - Upload new products, including writing engaging descriptions, tag updates, and managing pricing variations. - Audit site accuracy daily to ensure links, images, pricing, and promotional discount codes work flawlessly. - Monitor site inventory and alert managers when top-selling items are running low. Campaign Execution & Marketing - Build email campaigns - and deploy newsletters, product launches, and automated workflows. - Set up digital ads across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager based on creative assets provided. - Create organic content and manage scheduling for social media channels to increase brand engagement. Data & Reporting - Pull weekly metrics on web traffic, email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion numbers. - Track promotional codes and affiliate links to evaluate which marketing efforts drove the most sales. Requirements & Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or social media coordination. - Platform Skills: Practical experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo. - Key Skills: Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop), strong copywriting, and basic SEO awareness. - Analytical Skills: Comfortable using Google Analytics and Excel to filter, sort, and organize performance data.
