Job Description
What you will do: - Organize the work of sales floor staff (replenishment, visual merchandising, price tag placement) - Manage the cashier area and ensure smooth checkout operations - Monitor the presentation of special offers and ensure correct product displays - Coordinate timely price markdowns and re-pricing activities - Oversee the availability of testers (for fragrances/cosmetics) on the sales floor What we expect: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales / retail operations - Proven ability to manage and coordinate a team of at least 10 people - Strong understanding of product supply and replenishment processes for a sales floor of 500+ sq. meters (our store carries over 150,000 SKUs) - Fluent Chinese and English (both written and spoken)
