Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking a talented individual to join our Asia Pacific Global Trade team, focusing on Treasury Solutions and Business Management. This is a prime opportunity to develop critical skills and contribute to the strategic development of the Global Trade business in Asia Pacific. You will be working within a flat hierarchy, benefiting from direct access to key business lines and support functions, and will have significant scope to take the initiative and lead on critical topics. Main Responsibilities: - Reporting & Analysis: Prepare vital monthly and quarterly reports detailing the activity of Global Trade and Treasury Solutions. - Data Visualization & Process Optimization: Develop and maintain dashboards using PowerBI for strategic data analysis and reporting. Build automated workflows with Power Platform to streamline recurrent tasks. - Business Support: Assist the Head of Treasury Solutions and Business Manager with internal presentations and marketing material, and the coordination of recurring topics and deliverables. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with a broad spectrum of teams across APAC, the Middle East, and Head Office, broadening your understanding of global banking operations. Required Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline with a solid grasp of banking principles. - Strong data management and analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, power query, VBA) and Power Platform (Power Fx). - Demonstrable expertise in PowerBI dashboard creation and maintenance. Experience with other Power Platform tools is a significant advantage. - Solid PowerPoint capabilities for clear data presentation, with meticulous attention to detail. - Proactive, organized, and efficient with a logical mindset. - Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. - A strong sense of accountability and ownership.
