By ensuring high-quality, reliable data and translating it into actionable intelligence, you help teams better understand customers and suppliers—ultimately putting a smile on customers’ faces through more informed, data-driven experiences. What You’ll Be Doing - Facilitate data mapping and integration to ensure accurate alignment with supplier profiles using a data-driven approach - Oversee supplier brand confirmation processes to maintain strong data integrity and quality standards - Partner closely with business units, promoting collaboration as a way of working to support data cleansing and quality assurance - Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, enabling clear and impactful data visualization for business insights - Provide analytical support to users, guiding them with a customer-focused mindset to uncover meaningful conclusions - Support data monetization initiatives by translating data into business value - Coordinate and support UAT processes to ensure smooth delivery of data-related projects What You’ll Bring - Creative, detail-minded, and able to work independently with strong ownership - Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint - Experience in Power BI for data visualization and reporting is an advantage - Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Fabric, or data warehouse technologies is a plus - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese - A customer-focused mindset with the ability to apply a scientific and analytical approach in problem-solving How You Will Make An Impact - Elevate data quality and reliability to support confident decision-making across the business - Drive smarter, insight-led decisions by delivering clear and actionable analytics - Strengthen collaboration between teams, enabling seamless integration of data into everyday operations - Unlock business value through data monetization and continuous improvement initiatives - Enhance the organization’s ability to connect offline and online insights, supporting a stronger O+O customer experience What is holding you back?
