Recruitment Consultant (IT Function)

Responsibilities - Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake to candidate onboarding. - Source and engage IT candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. - Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. - Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts. - Maintain candidate pipelines and update CRM/ATS records. - Achieve placement, revenue, and KPI targets Requirements - Degree holder in Business, HR, IT, or related disciplines. - 1-2 years of recruitment, sales, or customer-facing experience. - Experience in IT recruitment is an advantage. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Fluent in English and Chinese - Immediately Available is preferred Interested parties, please send your resume to it.bw@adecco.com for any further discussion.
