Engineer, Order Execution

Job Summary: The Engineer, Sales Support is responsible for coordinating and managing the technical aspects of order execution, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and on-time delivery. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of orders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the technical aspects of order execution. - Ensure all orders comply with customer specifications and contractual agreements. - Monitor and track order progress to ensure on-time delivery. - Collaborate with sales, supply chain/logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure seamless order execution. - Identify and resolve any technical issues or delays in the order execution process. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders and related documentation. - Provide regular reports on order status and performance metrics to the Order Execution Manager. - Develop and implement strategies to improve order execution processes. - Deliver outstanding presentations and Reports to clients and stakeholders. - Ensure thorough organization and reliable follow-up on all order activities. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, ideally related to mechanical, manufacturing, industrialization, petroleum or metallurgy. Experience: - +3 years of experience in order execution or technical support, preferably in the OCTG or oil and gas industry. - Strong technical knowledge of OCTG products and solutions. - Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical customers. Skills: - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to influence and persuade customers. - High level of integrity and professionalism.
