E-commerce Director

Role Description The E-commerce Director at مؤسسة سلسال للإدارة وريادة الأعمال || Silsal Corporation will oversee the day-to-day management and growth of the company’s online sales channels in a part-time, remote capacity. Responsibilities include developing and executing e-commerce strategies, optimizing product listings and online customer journeys, and coordinating digital campaigns to increase traffic, conversion, and customer retention. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing sales and user behavior data, and recommending actionable improvements to drive revenue and enhance the overall online experience. The E-commerce Director will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align e-commerce initiatives with broader business and marketing objectives, manage timelines for key projects, and ensure online operations run smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications - Demonstrated expertise in E-Commerce and Sales, with a proven ability to grow online revenue and improve conversion rates. - Strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations. - Experience in Project Management to plan, coordinate, and deliver e-commerce initiatives on schedule and within scope. - Knowledge of Marketing principles and digital marketing channels to support online promotions, branding, and customer acquisition. - Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and basic understanding of SEO and user experience best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote teams and external partners. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working independently in a part-time remote role. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
