We're working with a leading global trading firm looking to hire a Middle Office Analyst to support its trading operations. You'll work alongside traders, engineers, and operations teams, playing a critical role in ensuring trading activity runs smoothly across global markets. This is a fast-paced, highly visible position where you'll be trusted to monitor live trading, investigate issues as they arise, and help maintain the integrity of the firm's trading platform. You'll be responsible for: - Monitoring trading activity and supporting live trading operations. - Reconciling trades, positions, balances, and P&L across exchanges and internal systems. - Investigating and resolving trading or operational exceptions, escalating where appropriate. - Working closely with traders, engineers, and operations teams to ensure seamless trading operations. - Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and controls. We're looking for someone with: - Around 3+ years of experience, we’re flexible - Experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, or Operations within trading or capital markets. - Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. - The ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems in a fast-moving trading environment.
