Visual Merchandisers play a key role in maintaining brand standards and creating impactful in-store experiences that inspire athletes and everyday customers alike. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visual Merchandiser role based in Riyadh. The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for planning and executing in-store and window displays that reflect Nike brand guidelines and drive customer engagement. Daily tasks include arranging product presentations, updating mannequins and signage, maintaining store layout and zoning, and ensuring visual standards are consistently met across the sales floor. The role collaborates closely with store management and sales teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal changes. The Visual Merchandiser also monitors customer flow and feedback, adjusting displays to enhance shopping experience and support sales objectives. Qualifications - Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with store teams and convey visual concepts clearly. - Experience in retail environments, with an understanding of store operations and brand presentation standards. - Customer service and sales skills to support a customer-centric approach and align visual displays with sales goals. - Proficiency in creating and maintaining window displays, mannequins, and in-store visual setups that follow brand guidelines. - Attention to detail, creativity, and a good sense of aesthetics and color coordination. - Ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, and handle physical tasks related to merchandising and display setup. - Organizational and time-management skills to plan and execute visual changes within deadlines. - Prior experience in visual merchandising or fashion/sports retail is preferred; knowledge of Nike products and sportswear trends is an advantage.
