Business Operations Analyst (Bank|Up to $4.5k)

The Job Operational Data Reporting - Collect, consolidate, and prepare monthly operational performance reports across multiple locations. - Ensure data accuracy and provide management with timely reporting and insights. Workforce Analytics & Reporting - Maintain and report workforce data, including headcount and staffing information. - Support workforce planning, resource tracking, and management reporting requirements. System Testing & Validation - Conduct testing and validation of automated processes and system enhancements. - Verify that system outputs are accurate and functioning as expected after changes or upgrades. Production Support & Issue Resolution - Assist in analysing operational or system issues, investigate root causes, and support resolution activities. - Participate in testing of system fixes and enhancements before deployment. Governance & Stakeholder Support - Prepare reports, presentation materials, and data packs for management meetings and governance forums. - Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure reporting and meeting requirements are met. The Talent - Experience in data reporting, workforce analytics, system testing, and stakeholder coordination. - Comfortable working with large datasets, preparing management reports, supporting system testing activities. - Good stakeholder management skills - comfortable coordinating with business and technology teams.
