Full-time - Wealth Management Trainees Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive wealth management and financial planning advice to individual and corporate clients, covering areas such as risk management, investment, savings, and retirement planning. - Conduct needs-based analysis to deliver tailored solutions, particularly for high-net-worth clients and families. - Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships through ongoing service and portfolio reviews. - Analyse financial data, market trends, and portfolios to generate insights and support client recommendations. - Participate in our structured fast-track career program, designed to prepare you for leadership and team-building roles within 3 to 5 years. - Engage in continuous professional development, including in-house training on financial products, planning tools, and client acquisition. Entry Requirements - University degree holder in any discipline; final-year university students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A bachelor degree is an advantage. - Eligible to work in Hong Kong.
