Position: Sales Executive - To double check the quality of finishing and make sure the finished order is right as per customer request. - To ensure good quality finish on all customer order. Coordinate to receive the correct customers orders and liaise with master cutters for production. - Ensure to take the right customer measurements. - Handle home service and exhibitions in a professional manner. - Welcome and assist customers in selecting Abayas, Kaftans and other products of the Bellucci Couture Garments LLC - Build and maintain customer relationships with new and repeat customers. - Demonstrate and explain merchandise and assist clients/customers in selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs. - Clarifies customer’s queries related to products and merchandise. - Provide fashion expertise and styling advice to customers where required. - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently where required. - Assist in visual merchandising and store display arrangements. - Keep the store aesthetically pleasing and organized. - Update status related to sales leads, sales, enquiries, customer accounts, proposals, schedule, etc. to the reporting Manager. - Attain the monthly targets set for the month.
