About Noble Core Ventures Noble Core Ventures is a corporate services firm helping entrepreneurs and companies establish and operate across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We cover the full lifecycle: company formation in mainland, free zone and offshore jurisdictions, Saudi market entry and licensing, PRO and visa services, corporate banking, insurance, VAT and corporate tax, accounting and ongoing compliance. Clients come to us to enter the Gulf and stay with us for everything that follows. We're growing and adding consultants to the sales team. The role You'll be the first person a client speaks to and the one who guides them through the whole engagement. You understand what they're trying to build, recommend the right market, jurisdiction and structure, price it clearly, and see it through with our operations and PRO team until they're up and running. The work goes well beyond the licence. Once a client is set up, you're advising them on banking, visas, insurance, tax registration and renewals, so a single relationship keeps producing over years rather than closing once. Alongside direct clients, you'll build your own network of referral and channel partners: real estate brokers, accountants, bankers, insurance advisors, law firms, freelancers and business communities who send clients your way. It's a consultative sales role with monthly targets and uncapped commission. Most enquiries reach you through our marketing, WhatsApp and referrals, so the work is converting real interest into signed clients, not cold-calling lists. What you'll do - Handle inbound leads and build your own pipeline across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and international markets - Advise clients on UAE mainland, free zone and offshore options, and on Saudi market entry and licensing - Recommend the right jurisdiction, activity and structure for each client's plan, budget and visa needs - Cross-sell the wider service range: banking, visas, insurance, tax registration, accounting and compliance - Build and manage a network of referral and channel partners who bring you business - Explain pricing, timelines, process and documentation clearly and accurately - Keep the CRM current: every lead, every partner, every follow-up, every note - Coordinate with the PRO and operations team on documents, government submissions and visas - Stay close to clients after setup for renewals, additional services and referrals - Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets - Represent Noble Core professionally on calls, in meetings and at events What we're looking for - 2 to 4 years in UAE or GCC business setup and corporate services sales, or a comparable sales role (banking, insurance, real estate, credit cards) - Fluent English and Arabic, both required - Persuasive, structured communicator who can close over WhatsApp, phone and in person - A natural networker who can open doors and keep partners engaged - Working knowledge of UAE licensing, free zones and compliance; Saudi market experience is a strong advantage - Target-driven and motivated by commission - Comfortable with CRM tools; Zoho experience is a plus - Organised under pressure and reliable on deadlines What we offer - Competitive base salary plus commission that grows as you exceed target - Performance bonuses and incentives - Training across UAE and Saudi jurisdictions, our full service range and our systems - Exposure to two of the fastest-growing markets in the region - A small, fast-moving team where your results are visible - A clear path to Senior Consultant and Team Lead How to apply Send your CV to info@noblecoreventures.com or WhatsApp +971 52 290 3501.
