- The Opportunity - Adecco is partnering our client (Lux Retail MNC), to hire an experienced Commercial Controller to oversee financial operations and drive business performance across Singapore and selected regional functions. - 6 months contract - Salary: Up to SGD 7k (Subjected to experience) - Location: Central The Talent - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. - Proven experience in financial controllership, FP&A, or commercial finance. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. - Experience partnering with business leaders to drive commercial and operational performance. - Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Job Description - Lead financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate management and statutory reporting. - Conduct business performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for commercial improvement. - Drive budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term business planning activities. - Provide financial analysis, KPI monitoring, and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency. - Oversee cash flow management, working capital, banking matters, and financial controls. - Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal policies, and audit requirements through strong governance and controls. - Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and support strategic decision-making.
