MEP Cost Manager

An established international cost consultancy is looking to appoint a MEP Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Singapore team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious quantity surveying professional to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across the South East Asia. The successful candidate will have experience across both pre-contract and post-contract cost management services and will be looking to develop their career within a collaborative and professional consultancy environment. Key Responsibilities - Deliver cost management services throughout the full project lifecycle. - Prepare cost plans, estimates and feasibility studies. - Undertake tender documentation, tender analysis and procurement advice. - Manage valuations, payment applications and cost reporting. - Assess and negotiate variations and change control. - Prepare final accounts and support project close-out. - Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. - Assist in maintaining high standards of commercial and contractual advice. Requirements - Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. - Minimum 4 years' experience, with 8+ years' experience being highly desirable. - Consultancy experience in cost management/quantity surveying. - Strong knowledge of both pre-contract and post-contract services. - Experience using CostX is highly desirable. - MRICS qualified or currently working towards chartership is preferred. - Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Due to visa restrictions applicants must have a valid residency in Singapore.
