Job Description ACQUIRED COMPETENCIES BASED ON JOB ROLE - Ability to understand the NFP business environment, objectives, and apply internal policies and procedures effectively - Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and effectively both verbally and in writing - Ability to monitor, collect, and analyze data from multiple sources and prepare accurate reports to support decision-making across NFP - Proficiency in using both national and foreign languages, spoken and written - Strong organizational and planning skills to manage work and project activities efficiently and achieve short- and long-term objectives - Ability to effectively use standard equipment, office automation systems, software, and related accounting systems and ERP - Skilled in gathering and analyzing data, responding to complex situations, and developing innovative solutions that add value to NFP - Reporting and analyzing operational metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) - Analyzes changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided to determine effects on costs - Analyzes actual production costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual costs - Records cost information for use in controlling expenditures - Prepares estimates of new and proposed product or service costs - Recommends cost efficiencies in new product layouts - Apportions costs between units of production and management
