Job Description
Purpose: To provide technical leadership for enterprise technology solutions by guiding architecture, engineering practices, and solution delivery while serving as the highest technical authority within assigned initiatives as a senior individual contributor. Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the technical direction of complex software development and technology initiatives. - Define technical standards, design principles, and development best practices. - Review solution architectures, technical designs, and implementation approaches. - Resolve highly complex technical challenges across multiple technology domains. - Collaborate with architects, product owners, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure successful solution delivery. - Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. - Lead technical reviews, code quality assessments, and engineering governance activities. - Identify opportunities for technology modernization and continuous improvement. - Mentor technical teams by sharing expertise and promoting engineering excellence. - Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic technical recommendations to support business objectives.
