We’re building Noon Business, a B2B marketplace that helps companies buy their recurring business supplies faster, cheaper, and with far better control. As a Category Manager for Noon Business, you will drive the growth and performance of key product categories by shaping assortment strategy, managing supplier partnerships, and optimizing pricing and selection. This is a high-impact opportunity to help build a new B2B marketplace from the ground up, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value for business customers and accelerate category growth. - Defining and building the right assortment for launch (v1) - Onboarding and negotiating with key sellers - Structuring pricing, quotation frameworks, and margin ladders - Acquiring and managing anchor B2B customers - Feeding real market insights back into product and operations What You'll Need - 5-8 years of experience in Category, business development. - Willingness to spend time in the market. Comfortable operating with minimal structure & high expectations. Who'll Excel? - Bias for action: you move before others finish thinking. - Commercial sharpness: strong instincts around category, buyer behavior, and incentives. - Resourcefulness: you know how to talk to customers, fix problems, and push things forward. - We are looking ONLY for people who operate like owners.
